School Fees

Payment of fees shall be accepted by school office within school hours from the 1st to 15th of each calendar month mentioned on the fee bill book.

Note :-
I have read the school prospectus Carefully and promise to abide by the rules mentioned there in and also any other rules and instructions issued by the school from time to time.
fee charged fixed and released by the school are willingly agreeable and accepted to me for which i have no objection.

School fees

1. Payment of fees will be accepted on presentation of the pupil’s prospectus in which the bill sheet for the school year is given.
2. fees are payable by the 15th of the month delay fine rs.5/-per day.
3. No students will be allowed to sit for any test or Examination unless all school dues have been cleared.
4. The name of the student will be struck off the rolls if the school dues are not paid by the end of the month.
5. Tuition fees with conveyance is payable for twelve month. No reduction in tuition fees and conveyance is made for absence or vacation. Seat is Rickshaw is allowed for the complete session.
6. if this book is lost Rs.20/-will be charges for duplicate.

7. Withdrawal

   1. No withdrawal is allowed during the session, Pupils withdrawn within the session must pay the fees of the entire session.
   2. The withdrawal notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself/herself.
   3. Government servant transferred unexpectedly are exempted from giving the withdrawal notice.
   4. No transfer Certificate will be issued until all sums all dues to the school have been paid in full. A fee of Rs. 200/-will be charged for a transfer certificate.

    

   RECOMMENDATIONS

   1. All fees and charges will be payable from the month of April even if admission is taken at the later date.
   2. It is compulsory for students to attend school on the first three days after each vacation.
   3. If a child remains absent  for 7 days in continuation without a leave application in signing the name of the child will be struck off the school roll.
   4. Parents are expected to play their role by attending PAT meeting regularly and signing the notice & daily home work in the school dairy.
   5. Change in address and telephone no. should be intimated to the school office as early as possible.
